This was a winner by far. I love that the deep pad is easier to feel with your thumb buttons are much easier to navigate than the remote that came with the TV. There was no pairing to do at all literally took it out of the box, put batteries in and it worked that was a bonus

No probem, set it up with the batteries and as stated on the profile page that remote would work right away and it did. It is light feeling in hand and not one bit clunkie or heavey. One reason I purchased is our TV remote is getting old and sometimes it just doesn't want to work. This one pretty much has the control buttoms in the same place as the original.

This remote works perfectly for the vizio 3d tv. It has everything that the original remote came with and works better. At least I don't have to worry about losing my batteries any more! (The old back fell off all the time. Super annoying)Great price. Fast Shipping.

This does work for my Vizio TV - and it hooked up quickly. It works better than my other Universal Remote I bought at Walmart. I bought this particular one in hopes that it would connect with the Main Menu on my TV - but it didn't. SO I can't do a channel search. But at least it does have a dash in the channel area so I CAN enter a specific channel to see if it will come in. So I will recommend it.

The remote for my new Vizio has no fast forward or reverse so I decided to try this universal remote. Just like it said, no set up, insert batteries and it works! I can’t believe it.

I read the reviews about the difficulty in opening the battery compartment so I was ready for a struggle.Instructions were included showing how to open the battery compartment. I have arthritis in my hands and know how difficult it is to open the battery compartment on many items. I thought I might have to put on a pair of disposable gloves in order to get a better grip as I have had to do this with other items. However, on my 3rd try according to the instructions the battery compartment came open.I removed the batteries from my current puppy chewed remote held together with duct tape and inserted them into the new remote. My Vizio tv was on at the time. I thought I might have to go through the steps for the remote to learn my tv but it immediately right out of the package after installing my batteries(2 AAA 1.5V batteries) installed it would change the channels.This remote looks just like the remote that I am replacing except the silver button doesn’t have the double V imprinted on it and does include a bit of extra lettering at the lower portion LED/LCD, HDTV, Learn, Universal Remote Control, and VZ-3+L.I will soon be trying out the other functions for my Vizio E420d-AO smart tv and if there are any hiccups I will update my review.

My original remote has been steadily dying and I was beyond frustrated. I almost bought a new television because of the remote issues. The Gvirtue remote saved me hundreds of dollars. All I did was put in batteries and click buttons. It worked from the get go. Can't speak more highly of this product.

Buttons hard to push in and actually work! Remote quit working after about a month. Lights turn on as you push a button but nothing happens.
