but I chug it down pretty quickly to get it in my system
Adding BPI Sports Pump to my preworkout routine helped training for my first 1/2 marathon so much more pleasant. My sister gave me some free samples at first, and once those ran out I noticed a significant decrease in my endurance during workouts. My only complaint is the flavor, but I chug it down pretty quickly to get it in my system. Drink about 30 minutes beforehand.

Great pre-workout
Great pre-workout. Gives you just enough energy for lifting and cardio and doesn't give you the feeling of your heart exploding. You also don't crash after the workout.

Outstanding.
I've gotten some pretty outstanding workouts and pumps from using this. Will definitely continue to buy! I just will not buy wicked fruit (?) the apple pear flavor is better.
