My goto for anything that requires a DF this size.
Makes noise, spins very quickly, sucks and blows just like it should, little to no vibration, very powerful for such a tiny motor.

The speed controller is decent for being an inexpensive Combo set up.
Bought this with the intent of making a confetti cannon out of some 2” pvc pipe and a spare transmitter/receiver I had. Far exceeded my expectations. The cannon works great!! Can’t say if this would be a good edf for your model plane but seems to have a lot of thrust on 4s and is at max rpm much quicker than I expected it to be.

Lots of power for the size and money!
Perfect size for my RC rescue boat project. 770g of thrust from this little motor on 3s is a lot more than I thought!Very powerful!

Awesome
Son has got into using his 3d printer for rc vehicles and now is using LW Pla to do planes and jets. Loves it. This thing can put it out... Serious propulsion. He loves it!

Worked very well
It’s been great a bit of Esc heating up but nothing crazy nor did it affect its performance.

DO NOT BUY THIS! It will make you crash
This is a great EDF unit with a fatal flaw. I have now had two of these units fail on me in flight, both destroying the ESC and resulting in the plane crashing. On one, the metal broke off inside the motor letting the rotating part touch the coils. In the second one, the rear ball bearing exploded and filled the inside of the motor with little steel balls that again locked the motor. Either quality control is awful or the design is bad. This was a 4s unit, so it would probably fail even faster on 6s.It's a shame because everything else about this EDF is good. It's fairly efficient and powerful for 4s and not overly expensive. But it might kill your plane after a couple of months and that is not worth the risk.
