This is NOT a new computer
I know how to search with filters. When I select “new” as a search filter, I’d expect to only see new products in the results. Nevertheless I found this one. When it arrived I knew instantly it was not new but, was in fact used. Dust inside, scratches/dings on the outside. I’m not saying it’s a bad machine. No, it actually works just fine. What I’m saying is IT WAS MISREPRESENTED as being new and listed albeit as an inexpensive new computer, but actually a very high price for one that isn’t new. Customer service was responsive and did relent to my request for a discount, but I still overplayed considerably. I will not be looking to ReUse Computers for anything in the future. They’ve made it onto one of my watchlists, but not a good one.

Enjoying the speed and capacity.
Lovely machine. I can run Photoshop and Camtasia with ease, plus general apps such as MS office apps now fly compared with my 2011 machine. Best of all, I can mirror my entire Dropbox folder and no longer need to use selective synch.

RENEWED - NOT NEW
While the item description does not say new, this is a USED computer. Mine came dented and scratched with a note inside stating it was a renewed device. Beware.

Well, apparently it's true about what other reviewers are saying....
It seems that this PC is not new. I try myy best at onlyy purchasing things that are NEW. This was deceptive asdvertisement at it's best. Anyway, I NEVER purchase extended warranties, because I consider them scams as well. Just one month after the one year manafacturer warranty expired, the power supply unit died. I ordered a new power supply unit, but am goping that other parts of the computer have not been damaged, like the motherboard, or capacitors. This PC was for my wife and she was so happy with it, until this happened. I'm a gamer and she is not, so my costumized gaming computers cost thousands of dollars more, but in the 30 plus years of owning my gaming computers, I have never had a power supply unit fail. I do however, have computer maintanance, cleaning and upgrades done by my computer tech specialist on a yearly basis. On the other hand, I'm also a hardcore daily PC user, while my wife, is more of a casual PC user. All in all, I am not happy with my wife's PC breaking down in such a short time, and on top of that, who knows how much more money it's going to cost in replacement parts to get her PC back to an optimized state? Amazon should have a strict policy for vendors, about confirming that their products are NEW or USED. Over and out!
