Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works okay, not that good.

I used this product when I was pregnant with my daughter 45+ years ago and it still is the best. Never have cramping and it’s gentle enough to take everyday.

So Im currently at 11 weeks pregnant and these have already been very helpful!I followed another reviewers recommendation and took 3 pills per day but spread them out over the day versus taking all 3 at once.I took one at each meal (breakfast, lunch dinner) over the course of 2 days. I made sure to drink a glass of water with each one as well as to up my hydration in general. For me, they didn't provide immediate relief, but things started "moving again" within the next day. So, upon taking the first pill, I'd say within 12-24 hours, I saw results.The pills are a bit big, but are coated so they still slide down easily.My package arrived fine. Pills were separated as they should be and not melted together.Will be making sure to keep these on hand, especially for the remainder of my pregnancy!
