Simple configuration and easy flight
I use several high end flight controllers and most work well. But I wanted something more plug and play so I could enjoy some relaxing flight, not spending hours configuring. This basic flight controller worked as advertised. It took me about 7 minutes to connect and adjust the sensitivity. Didn't bother with aux settings - just the basics. No instructions were provided, but it is so simple they weren't really necessary.I experienced an easy launch, stable flight, and no dings landing my first attempt this evening. Not bad considering I had to squeeze a 20 minute test flight between shuttling two kids to their respective soccer practices and simply didn't have time to fiddle with configuration. At the price point, you can't go wrong. I will still use my higher end flight controllers when flying FPV and on more expensive platforms I can't afford to lose. But for simple affordable park flying I am going with this Hobbymate flight controller. I plan to buy another soon.

Great cheap flight stabilizer
So far so good! Easy to setup. Hooked up to my delta in under a minute. Switch to activate works perfectly, and is a great feature for getting the gains setup perfectly. The 3-pin Servo connections are laid out [ Signal - Power - Ground ]. They are not labeled on the case itself, but are easy to figure out.I simply plugged in my 2 servos to their respective Ail1 and Elev outputs, and plugged my receivers Aileron channel into Ail In, and Elevator into the Elev In channel. Removed any settings I had in my transmitter for Elevon mixing, and flipped the Delta dip switch on the 3-axis Flight Controller. Turn the plane on, wiggle it around, and make sure the Elevons react in the appropriate directions. If not, reverse them on the flight controller. Test moving the stick on your transmitter to make sure the Elevons move as expected, and your good to go tuning! The AUX channel can be connected to any switch on your transmitter that you can set. It allows you to flip a switch to disable the gyro, making it very easy for test flying after adjusting your gains.

Worked for the first few flights.
One of the axis failed on the 3rd flight. I have it slaved to only Yaw on a trainer now. Its a decent gyro for the price, with a respectable amount of settings. I'd order an "Orange" brand next time though.

Great Little Inexpensive Stabilizer.
Received on time with prime. System works as expected for the price and was easy to install - but it should have come with a manual. Subtracted a star because I had to obtain manual [which I did not need and adding to the fact that it was in chinglesh] online from RC forums.

A great, economical 3 axis gyro!
This gyro system is very easy to install and set up. The single page instruction sheet is very thorough and easy to understand. I installed this unit in a 60" aerobatic mid-wing plane. Stability was greatly improved, especially in windy conditions. Take-off and landing tracking on the ground were also significantly improved. The remote on/off feature, and individual gain adjustments are nice features. The unit also has a small footprint for use in smaller models. A descent 3 axis gyro system at a great price!

Can I get one that works properly please!
Second times a charm right? Nope. I have three working units in my planes. I bought another. Completely faulty. Returned the first one for a new one. Everything works accept elevator input. Output from the gyro works fine. Very disappointed because the working units I love. Apparently it's hard to find one that works 100% these days. Quality control in this day in age is going out the window. Sad.

re: Where have you being all my life???
I am at AWE to this stabilizer... It takes minutes to install, and work like a charm!I LOVE this gyro that needs no PDF or instructions! Everything is written on its micro switches.NO annoying PROGRAMMING, not count of beeps like in the ESCs...And in case you have not notice I found an undocumented feature - the AUX in, that based on the instructions is use to turn ON/OFF from the transmitter. I connected it to a nub, and WONDER - It control the sensitivity as well, so you can lower it in high speed or simply fine tune it to the best working spot! I already ordered 2 more, and few from my club as well! THANKS!

I tried every set up possible but one elevon would work as a elevator and one like a aileron
could never to get it to work on a flying wing with a AR400 receiver, I tried every set up possible but one elevon would work as a elevator and one like a aileron. Contacted Hobbymate and tried all recommendations, still no luck. Easy to set up on a regular airplane works fine.
