Good Product
The installation of this lock was brand managed and it was done seamlessly. I have started using the lock and is working perfectly. All the unlock options are working fine. The demo was also provided by the installation personnel.

Good product with sleak handle design
It's working good till now. Finger print sensor is good quality. Door bell feature is of no use as sound is very low.

Don’t buy highly unreliable
Not reliable at all worked okay for the first two months now it’s not locking the door and the lock doesn’t sends the unlock request, don’t buy this at all if you do you’re risking everything with this pathetic so called digital lock

Worst quality product
Worst quality...just after 3 months. Stopped working..no service support... service team is very poor n not cooperative.OZONE is the cheating company and their service technicans are very rude and asked customer to do their job and later they claim you are responsible .Please DONT BUY ANY OZONE PRODUCT and they are not supprtive and givign false information by cheating customer by providing defective product .They claim 2 years warranty but product stopped workign in 3 months and they are not providign any service .I am takign this to consumer court.
