I purchased this on 11/4/2023, it worked great for over 13 months then 1 morning about 2 weeks ago I went into my home gym and it was turned on even though I had turned it off the day before when I used it. I turned it off and unplugged it. The next morning I went down to the gym and worked out for several hours and plugged it up and then I used it. It was turned off, I was in and out of the gym all during the day,I didn't see that it was turned on or anything was wrong. The next morning I started the same routine and when I opened the gym door I saw that once again it was on and red. I unplugged it then. I brought it into the living room today to use it and my wife plugged it up and now it will not work. If you own one of these PLEASE unplug it every time that you use it! I don't know what would have happened if I had not went into my gym for a couple of days!

Let me start by saying I like the fact that there are 2 pads so they can be used on to treat 2 areas at 1 time and they are covered with plastic for easy cleaning and this is why i chose a 3 star review. What I don't like is after unplugging any of the cords just a couple of times from the pads, they seem to have developed short and either won't turn back on or they flash and won't stay on. Conveniently this has happened right outside the return window on both sets. You are asking yourself why then did I purchase another set; my answer is in the first part of my review. I have sent a complaint to the seller but I'm sure it will not be acknowledged. I definitely will not be purchasing this particular brand again

I’ve used it about seven times and find it very helpful. It’s very versatile so I can use it on my legs, arms or shoulders. Comes with a pamphlet explaining all the controls.

New update: the vendor worked with me resolve the heat issue. The circulation in my arms feels better.Update: I got an upgraded remote with mine. It has 10 and 40 pulse function. Which is a bonus. It’s not in the product specifications. It’s getting warm again. It doesn’t get as warm using the pulse.—————-The product was packaged nice. It did have a chemical smell. I was able to wash the pads which took away most of the smell. It works well with a battery. The downside is that my pads don’t get warm. It got really warm almost hot 1 time then it never got warm again. Heat is not required for red light to work but it’s a plus. I got these to slim my arms. I have not used it long enough to know if it works. I got red light treatments at a spa. I did loose inches but the results didn’t last. You have to keep the treatment up which can get expensive. I gave 2 stars because I’m disappointed with the heat. Otherwise I would have given 4. If I loose inches. I’ll upgrade my rating.
