This sprayer makes painting easy.
This air sprayer worked very well. It was a very satisfying experience to paint a model building for my model railroad with such a good tool. I recommend this sprayer as one that will get the job done. It is well-balanced and easy to use. It feels and appears very durable. It is easy to clean. The pressure is good and has three levels. The operating noise is comfortable. Go ahead and get one.

Great Beginner Airbrush
I have never used an airbrush before, but I needed one to spray colored cocoa butter onto my bonbon molds as I am learning how to make molded chocolates. I chose this one because it was inexpensive compared to the others, but it still received a lot of positive feedback from buyers.Using the airbrush is very straightforward. First, you plug in the cable and make sure that it is fully charged. Then you select a container to hold the paint, cocoa butter, etc that you will be spraying onto a canvas or chocolate mold. It screws on easily.Simply pour the liquid into the container, place the lid on, and then pull the lever back with your finger. There is a setting to spray the liquid in the container and a separate setting to blow only air. There are three different speed settings. I suggest experimenting on a paper towel or piece of paper before spraying the chocolate molds to make sure that you are getting the coverage you want and to adjust the speed to your preference.Cleaning the airbrush is also fairly simple, even with something viscous that eventually hardens such as tempered cocoa butter. I removed the container and ran the end of the machine under warm water, spraying the water through the hole until it ran clear, and that seemed to work well.I definitely suggest making sure that the airbrush is fully charged each and every time you use it, as the charge lasts for quite a while but it’s also easy to lose track of how long you’ve been using it.If you’re just starting out with an airbrush and you don’t want to spend $400 for a compressor alone, this little airbrush is a great way to get started. The compressor is included and it’s great for small, non-commercial chocolate projects. I will be using it for a very long time.I included two photos above - spraying red tempered cocoa butter into my bonbon molds, as well as a finished set of bonbons. The red and yellow were applied with a toothbrush and a splatter technique, but I sprayed the white over it to conceal the dark chocolate color. As you can see, the airbrush did the job!

Perfect for makeup application. Quality and price are exceptional.
I purchased this for applying foundation, wanting the airbrush look that is advertised elsewhere to minimize the look of wrinkles and flaws. Specifically, I wanted something sturdy that could have other craft uses and had different power settings including something for stronger flow. This did everything I want and more.I first tried using Clinique Even Better makeup, but that was only soluble in alcohol and oil. I tried thinning it with rubbing alcohol but that was too drying and challenging to clean. Then I purchased Mehron Makeup Mixing Liquid. Unfortunately that wasn't soluble with the Clinique or Lancome Teint Idole. (I wouls use the Mehron with dry powders and a brush for sure!) I then tried IPM, Isopropyl Myristate. That worked but was too oily for my skin given the amount I had to add for proper thinning. Cleanup with soap and water wasn't easy on a busy workday, either.I then found a water-soluble foundation: MAC Studio Radiance Face + Body makeup. BINGO! It's even in a dropper bottle already, requiring little to no thinning with filtered water. It looks fantastic and with the airbrush it was very easy to apply. I don't use the fluid cups this airbrush came with- a few drops directly in the little hole on top is all that is needed, with one refill. But- I saved them in case I want to use it for other projects. (thinking about using it for edible dyes for cake decorating.)To clean, I just unscrew it from the base and rinse, then use a little hand soap and rinse again. I take a Q-tip and go in from the top hole where the make up goes. Then I put it back on the base and spray until dry. Cleaning takes about 30-60 seconds this way. I suppose I could run some rubbing alcohol through it too to dry it out better. It has a low, medium, and high power setting and with the rotating screw in the back you need to adjust the flow rate to what works for you. If there is no flow, you need to open up the screw. Easy!I love that this charges with a usb-c cable. No wires while using. The charge lasted all week.

The best air foundation appliance I’ve used
I’ve used several air foundation appliances, including Luminesse Air and Dinair. The one problem I’ve run into consistently is with using thicker foundations like Temptu. Water based foundations don’t provide the coverage I need, and using multiple layers of foundation just make my face look cakey. This appliance allows me to use my Temptu foundation. It’s simple to use and is beautiful in design. It has a solid feel, and is easy to clean. I like the rechargeable function which allows for cord-free use. It’s also priced lower than most of the name brand appliances. I’ve been using it for several months without issue.
