Disappointing Quality: Straps Broke Immediately
I recently purchased this bag and I am very disappointed with the quality. The material feels low quality and doesn't match what was shown in the pictures. Additionally, the side straps were missing and the plastic that was supposed to hold the side straps broke on the first attempt to use it. Overall, I would not recommend this bag due to its poor construction and misleading images.

Item received not as per image
The media could not be loaded. 1. Upper width-wise locking straps (2 nos) &2. Removable hooks for shoulder strap,both are missing & not at all as per shown in product image. The shoulder strap is stitched to the bag & not having removable hooks as per product image. The buckles used in place of the hooks are also of poor quality. They can easily break with luggage weight.With these drawbacks it works out costly for that price.
