Cuts with ease, very sharp and a good price. Handle is a bit tacky but I didn’t buy it for the handle I bought it for the blade.

Blade comes blunt. And for some reason the blade takes alot of work to get sharp. Doesn't hold an edge very well either

What can I say ...it got diliverd ..I opend it ... it was excellent nice and charp good grip.. it cut my beef primal up lovely . I would buy the boning knife too
