Used to feed baby brine shrimp to fish, is that the question? There are no chemicals in the tube. It is a simple plastic item. You could rinse with water prior to use if you had any concerns.

are the suitabe for use with enamel and/or acrylic paint?

As long as the acrylic paint isn't too thick, it shouldn't be a problem. Since acrylic paint is water-based, you could thin it down a little, and it should be fine. I don't know about enamel, as I don't have any experience with enamel paint.
