These are perfect for me to get deep into a squat. Very sturdy but they DO slide easily depending on your flooring. If you have them on a smooth surface they will slide around, nothing that can’t be fixed with grip tape.

I used this for routine exercises at home with dumbbells. As expected. Good price.

Although these are constructed of styrofoam, they are sturdy while lightweight. I use them for squats since the range of motion in my ankles is foreshortened, and they do not slip on either a carpet or wooden floor. That being said, use a mat if you are uncertain about the surface you are working out on. Even if over time they chip or crack, it is to be expected since they are not an expensive pair of wedges. I'm happy with them.

i don't know how ive gotten along this far without these. i used to hate leg day. thanks to these platforms im squatting better and getting more out of my workouts with less back pain. ill be 61 years old next month and thanks to these little helpers i can still get ass to grass on the barbell squat

This product slides on my workout mats. They slide on regular tile. Heavy weights won’t prevent it from sliding. Don’t waste your money here.

Foam is light, but with good rigidity. Would buy again.

It slides around too much and i felt nothing while using it.
