Bought these yoga block to use after my PT was finished so I could continue the exercises at home. They are sturdy and a good value.

Satisfactory

Perfect sized blocks when you need extra support during your yoga workout. There is a soft feel to it and solid at the same time. Got the grey color because it’s neutral. The price is great- don’t need to spend a lot on blocks.

Lies on the color. I bought these ones specifically because they show up as Yamaha Blue. They are not. Other than the color, they’re good. But they aren’t the color as advertised.

I purchased these to train myself to keep my knees, legs and feet in place while sitting for longer periods of time at my work desk. I was finding that I started squirreling all over with the way I sit at my desk and wanted a way to train myself to sit up better. I stick one of these between my knees and force myself to hold it in place. This was recommended by my massage therapist and has worked quite well. These particular foam blocks have been perfect for this. Having two of them, I’m able to keep one at work and one at home. Their lightweight allow me to keep them in place for a long time without getting tired. Overall, I’m pleased with this set of foam blocks.

Great. Standard blocks for reasonable price

I like the firmness or these blocks. They are stable and sturdy. What I'm not thrilled about is how narrow these blocks are, but the price was right and I didn't see any thicker blocks in the search results.These fit nicely in my bolster bag so it all works out. I'm happy.
