Makes great pancakes!
Low glycemic -excellent pancake flour. I combine this with ground flaxseed. Recipes available on web. Curbs my hunger and I can skip munching.

NO RETURNS
The bag arrived open and poured out all over the other items in my order. It is not returnable and I won't eat an opened bag of flour.

Good for glueten free baking
We have been trying to watch what we eat around her, especially with our baked goods so when I saw this I figured I would pick it up to try. It came packaged just fine with no spills or anything bad that I could see. Getting it out it is a big bag of plantain flour. My wife was cautious but went ahead and whipped up a batch of cookies with it. They were different, not bad just different and the flour worked well with them. If you are looking for gluten-free flour this is worth a shot.

Interesting flavor.
Arrived in perfect condition. The resealable packaging is a plus. It has a distinct aroma, don't have anything to compare it to. I tried the cookie recipe on the back. It was flavorful, but it was a little on the dry side of things.
