Outdoor Entertainment System 100 inch screen

Reasons why I hate it:1. Technical support is unresponsive, I ordered the unit and my speaker did not work (see issue #3). Aiolos promised tech support would contact me. They never did. Given they are already unresponsive now, I am not risking to have other issues with the unit.2. WIFI option of connecting the speaker and the projector with your ios device = *does not work*. I ordered hdmi cables, lighting adapter, and cable for speakers to remedy and get at least the video working.3. Speaker does not work. The volume is so quiet that you can only identify the words inside (with difficulty).Update (6/29):I received an email immediately after posting this review from Aiolos. Aiolos demanded I take down this negative review, because they claim Amazon did not forward them my emails so they had no way of contacting me (I also sent them my phone number). Needless to say they did not even offer to fix the issues I am having with their entertainment system.
