It's soft and protected on the inside which has always made me feel safe putting my computer into the case. I have a Lenovo yoga, and I love this case for it. It’s very well made. I can fit my mouse, charger, and pens in the front pocket. The shippers are sturdy and I love the handle it has to carry. The lining is soft on the inside. I will repurchase when I need another laptop case. :)

Ordered the khaki, looks professional. Fit my ASUS 15.6" laptop with a little room to spare which makes closing the zipper easy. Love the outer pockets, but my suggestion would be to add a little padding to them as well. One pocket held my charger and mouse, so I have the other for a bunch of other stuff. I pulled on the handle and it seems well attached. The entire sleeve is well made. The inside is a very short pile fur-like fabric. Feels like enough padding to protection from bumps, not a drop though. I'm retired and won't use it much for traveling, so I may not be the best one to evaluate the durability. It seems perfectly adequate. I would also make the handle an 1" or so wider so someone can slip it over their hand onto their wrist when carrying multiple items. I can, but it's tight. I lucked out and is was on sale, but it's worth full price of $18.99.

I got a new, larger laptop with a 15.6" monitor and had to get a new, larger case. This case is sturdy. The material it's made from feels durable -- it's definitely not going to tear easily, and it's slightly thick and stiff in a way that gives me confidence it will protect my computer. The outside fabric has a texture, so it's not slippery. Plus, there is a handle. The case features two zippered pouches on the outside and a soft, fuzzy fabric lining on the inside. My one regret is getting pink because it is already showing dirt!
