I read some reviews of all snails being dead but luckily I received all of mine still alive. Didn’t like that the didn’t label the package with any kind of special handling label or live animal labeling

I didn't like the product because number one the packaging was crap because they didn't even put anything to cool down the snails in the package by the time it finally got to me most of the snails were dead and the worms that weren't were so big that nothing in my tank could eat them, and a lot of them were just empty and all they would do was either sink to the bottom or float to the top because they had a air bubble in the very back part of the shell I definitely will not be buying from this company ever again I will go to my local pet store for now on. When I open the package the smell was atrocious it smelled like they had put them in the microwave first it smelled just like ammonia and I was almost afraid to put them in my tank. A word of advice to anybody who reads this go to your local pet store and get your feeder snails. I didn't worry about taking a picture of it or even contacting the seller because I'll leave this comment and that would be enough but I definitely will not be using their company again. Do not buy from this seller I repeat do not buy from this seller.

Dead snails

My mom ordered a Betta came via USPS in a tiny box with no fragile, live animals inside , this way up or any warning to what was in the box . Also very little water surprised it came alive ...this seems like seens pretty cruel and I surely won't order anything from this store hope Amazon looks into these issues
