It does what it claims(detoxifying) but also not sugar free
It has sugar...1.4 g pee tablet so if u r diabetic or looking for sugar free one then skip this...but other than that it works amazing...just drink half an hour before your meal....i personally take it before my dinner...the digestion is on track again 👌

it's flavour full and serves the purpose I am using this on empty stomach in morning- i can see energy difference already with 4-5 days ... Its a daily routine of me now. Try it ...it works. Size of an tablet is okay to 250 ml of water. It helps with elimination of water retention . Definitely you can see difference in weight loss.and Ease of use , Quality is good,
