Great item that is lightweight and portable. Battery life lasts a long time and doesn’t take too long to fully recharge. The longest I’ve used it is about 5 hours. Great for vacations or longer travel days!

I ordered this charger (5 months ago) in February of this year. It worked great. Used it only occasionally but was happy to have it when I needed a charge while traveling. Suddenly, it stopped working. The plug will not engage all the way in and therefore, it will not recharge. Upon further inspection, I noticed the horizontal connector rod inside the Output opening was no longer there. Clearly, it has fallen out and the only assumption I can make is shoddy workmanship. Too bad. I really liked the size, heft, and convenience of this. For $18, I expected better quality.July, 2018 update: After posting a one-star rating several weeks ago, Bonai contacted me and made a full replacement of the original charger. While it was still under warranty (which I was not aware) the company's customer service could not have been better. The charger arrived this week and is working like a well-tuned pocket watch. Hope to enjoy its performance for many years to come. Thanks, Bonai. I really do love this little gadget.

It definitely works. I like that I can charge this with a lightning cable, so I don't have to bring a separate cable to charge this and another cable for my phone. However, I remove a star because after about a year, the cover has start to slide off a bit. It still works, but it's clearly not high quality build.

I was looking for a small portable charger with excellent charging power that I could use while traveling. I found it with my Bonai Portable iPhone Charger 5000mAh. It worked like a charm. It’s compact, nice looking, and comes in my favorite color, purple. On my recent travel, I was having trouble charging the charger. I reached out to Bonai customer service. A little over an hour later on a Friday night, I received a response. After trying some troubleshooting, Bonai offered to immediately ship out a replacement charger. Bonai is the best! Thank you!!.

This charger is the perfect size but it does NOT fully charge even with the cord it came with rendering it useless.As I noted its cute and compa ct but after having it for 8 months ans never getting to actually use due to not charging, its a complete waste of money. It flashes blue one bar and the shuts off and ive tried several wall outlets and adapters. Id look elsewhere and pay more just to have the dependability of a working charger for on the go. Im giving one star simply because its cute.

I have not been able to fully charge this device, I am considering returning it to Amazon.

My family have purchased several of these in the last few months to have for emergency use. We live in Kansas, frequent power outages, so this way we can monitor weather.Also, I’m on dialysis, take iPad to pass the time, using this I don’t worry about battery running low. Great to have on hand.
