No, it’s not fragrance free. My wife ordered this thinking it was and we had to throw it away.

What is the difference from the US version?

I have and use both the Dove Sensitive and the Dove Anti-Stress. Both have a very delicate scent and are pearly, opaque, very creamy and make lots of lather. The only difference I can find is the color of bottle. Sensitive is light blue and Anti-Stress is light pink. I enjoy and love both equally, even use it on my face sometimes. I haven’t had any allergic reaction. Hope this helps?
