While I've long coveted one of these for my garage for cleaning small parts, and I've also wanted one to clean my eyeglasses, I never bought one. But then this item came up at a very reasonable price and I found a new use for it: my daughter, the 8 year old budding geologist, like to dig up rocks. She had a whole bag from somewhere that had geode pieces with clay all over them. No amount of brushing or spraying could get them clean. I put them in here after being fed up with the clay residue on the kitchen table. They came out sparkling and clean, I was amazed.I have subsequently used this to rejuvenate old hand tools, clean grime off bike chains, etc. It's been a fantastic addition to my cleaning repertoire.

Single vibrator is a bit weak. It’s very weak when you add the plastic tray in the water. The tray deters the vibration because it’s so close to the mechanism.

I used this machine to clean ALL of my jewelry...gold, silver, and costume...as soon as I got it. It all came out sparkling and beautiful again. Thank you. Oh, and, this thing is super-size, so if you don't need it for anything in particular that is bigger, the smaller unit will work just fine. I wish I had gotten the smaller one, but maybe I will find it useful in a different way, as well.NOTE: I did add a little bit of "Blitz" (jewelry cleaner) to the water to get rid of the tough stains and tarnish on certain pieces.

It get the job done as for cleaning razors blade, eye glasses, waterproof watches and most of jewelry. I would recommend few drops of liquid soap for better enhancement. Operation is easy. Select your desire time frame and press start.Here are few things that bugs me:1. The maximums duration for one cycle is 480 seconds, time beyond that will need other cycle.2. the "off" button does not turn off the device rather to stop the cycle. The LED light does not turn off unless power cord is full unplug.3. The container is fix inside, thus you need to detach the power cord in order to drain out the water.It's practical but not as useful as I though would be.

Due to being locked into keeping this product, I am on my third unit. The first heated to 40C the first time, then "heated" to 24C the second time I used it. For the second unit, it heated to 60C the first time, then 24C the second time I used it. (Additionally, there was pitting in the stainless steel basin.)I have a third coming, but don't have a lot of hope in this unit working. If it's of any benefit, after the Amazon return window closes I still have the one year warranty from the manufacturer.

The cleaner works just as described. Tank is big enough to accommodate everything I needed to clean in it. I had a problem with the plug- the seller contacted me immediately and solved my problem - my error. I had to put some jewelry into tank a second time to clean thoroughly - then read the directions about when to use the plastic basket - and why it's best NOT to use it for more efficient cleaning.

Sometimes it takes the motor a little bit to start working properly but once it starts, it actually does do a decent job.

Large enough for large items and cleans well. Just wish there was a longer timer.
