What are the ingredients?

Ingredients: Nondairy creamer non-hydrogenated coconut oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), dipotassium phosphate aids dissolving, mono and diglycerides emulsifier, sodium stearoyl lactylate, silicon dioxide prevents caking, soy lecithin artificial flavor, maltodextrin, cocoa Dutch processed, salt, guar gum & xanthum gum, natural and artificial flavor & SplendaI don't know if the ingredients are healthy, but I'm diabetic and it's nice to have the occasional hot chocolate that to me tastes like regular hot chocolate out of a can to which you add milk.

7 grams in a 14 gram tablespoon, but if that sounds bad for "SUGAR FREE", it's really worse than it sounds. I quit using this product when I learned about one of the ingredients, maltodextrin, and of course there are the "corn syrup solids"????. We used to talk about low carb, but it makes more sense to look for low glycemic foods. Maltodextrin is up there with the high fructose corn syrup (category above cane sugar) on the glycemic index. So this is a very high glycemic product, i.e. it elevates blood sugar.
