No Issues to Report (Until a year later)
I saw other reviews mentioning various problems they're having, so I figured I should write my positive experience. This is a review being made on the day of receiving it in 10/23; I'll update in the future if anything changes. Gonna keep it short and sweet with each point.Just got it earlier today, I ordered it to replace an old controller. The box was not damaged at all nor was the controller. Everything looked brand new, nothing sketchy to report there. I use a controller to play certain games on my PC (running Windows 10, if that matters to someone), mainly shooters, so that's what I bought this for. Worked straight out of the box once I plugged it into my computer, lights and all. I saw someone here mention that the USB C cable is "barely attached" to the controller, and it seems that the person just didn't fully push the cable in. You'll know it's fully plugged into the controller when you hear a very audible click. It is in there very securely, I think the other person just didn't know to push harder. No trigger or analog stick squeaks/noises happening for me as of now, and the back buttons are not "the loudest things on the planet" as someone said here; they sound completely normal. I personally always planned on disabling them from the get-go because I knew I'd accidentally be hitting them, but for what it's worth they were pre-mapped to two controls and they did work properly before I turned them off. I played a few hours of a game and everything worked perfectly fine and as expected. I have no plans on using the headset jack on the controller because I have a bluetooth headset for my PC, so unfortunately I can't comment on that.I can't think of anything else to say or address in regards to the other reviews. Everything works normally for now, it's a super pretty and clean-looking controller. Hope this helps 👍Edit 10/2024: Left analog stick broke and dislodged today during a game. I'd have to order a new stick and reassemble the controller with the new analog in order for it to remain usable. Very disappointed, as I liked the look of the controller a lot. Never had a controller break like this before. Served me well over the past year.

I like the look, but the right analog stick stopped working within 2 weeks.Update: Just needed to recalibrate in pdp app

Low price, High quality, with a side of cosmetic customization.
Honestly I expected this to be a cheap controller that doesn't work very well for very long. Not only was I surprised at how good this controller is but I was also taken about on how long it's been working for without issue. A little bonus on this is that you can customize the glow if you have a PC.

Broken in a month.
Since I got this controller it has had an issue with randomly disconnecting itself from my console. From day one. But now I’m about a month out from my purchase and it disconnects every time I pick it up now. Gotta jostle my cord and unplug it and replug it every time. RGB lights went out and don’t get any power anymore, don’t know what happened there, but they’ll flash like they work when I’m constantly replugging my controller nonstop; but overall they just don’t stay on or work. Super cool. Also my buttons sometimes putting phantom inputs is super annoying, like saying I hit down on my d-pad 12 times when I only pressed it once, scrolling me allllll the way down to whatever I was looking at. Does the same thing with my bumpers sometimes too, I’ll try to go over ONE tab and it’ll fly across the screen scrolling tabs fast af. And don’t even get me started with the stick drift; this controller has one of the funniest and worst stick drifts I’ve ever gotten. Sometimes the drift is on and sometimes it’s not, almost solely based off of whether or not the game has “dead zone” settings, otherwise you’re just screwed. Overall I’m severely disappointed that this controller is damn near 2x the price of a standard controller and broke in a fraction of the time. Like actually wow. Just get a cheap Walmart controller that’ll last you a year minimum or something. Cause even with the protection plan who tf wants to deal with shipping back a defective piece of trash just for them to send you more defective trash? Just stay away from this brand, I know I am now.

Good quality for the price point
I bought this controller a little over a year ago, after going through THREE controllers from another brand in the span of one year. I'd had enough and was willing to try something else. After about 14 months of heavy use (as in used almost every day, having me really smash the buttons during tense moments, and inevitably getting dropped from time to time), the USB port is starting to show some wear and disconnects randomly now, but it lasted me over a year, and in this day and age and at this price point, that's honestly not bad at all.Through all of my use, the controller itself has held up fine -- the joysticks haven't drifted, the buttons have stayed responsive, it still lights up, the rumble still works good... It's just the USB port that's started to go. The only bit of wear I can detect is that the left joystick has started to occasionally squeak a little bit, but not enough to bother me, and I'm sure I could fix that myself if I wanted to. In comparison to other models I bought, which after only 3-4 months of daily use were getting wobbly drifting joysticks and unresponsive buttons, I really can't complain about this model too much and am willing to give a second one a try and see how long it lasts me.
