Amazing for the price
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this item. So many people moaning it was complicated screwing some nuts together (4 to be specific). The i team looks good, yeah materials are a bit cheap but what do you expect for the price. Don’t review a product negatively when spending peanuts. The product itself has a lot of room for stuff. Loads of plates, few bowls, few mugs and some cutlery. The trip tray is removable to you can wash it.Just buy it, if you don’t like it you haven’t lost out on much.

As described
I bought this product following a kitchen refit, we needed to save a bit of space and this looked like a perfect solution. We don't use it as a dryer so much, mainly a dish rack to keep the kitchen tidy. It holds a good number of dishes and bowls at the top, and we use the bottom rack for mugs and glasses. The only problem with this product is the mug holder that it comes with on the side. It isn't secure and tends to fall off when you put a mug on it! so I've had to take it off altogether.

Holds a lot but rusts over time.
Bought this product in March 2019 to replace the same one we had before.I didnt mind assembling but the covers for the ends of the screws always fall off. I think by now we've lost them all.It works okay, can be wobbly at times but it does the job. Holds a lot of dishes and supports pans on the top rack. We removed the plastic bottom because it was awkward and tight getting it in and out.Its getting rusty now and its very difficult to clean the rack itself. I will need to replace it. Will likely go for a more expensive one now to last longer but overall it does the job fine and I love how much it holds.

Well pleased
Just arrived and I've put it together and it looks great. I read a lot of reviews on here saying it rusted within a few weeks so I've just bought some clear spray lacquer and give it 2 coats so that should prevent and rust. I'll update this review in a couple of monthsEDIT: owned for about a year now and we'll it's just started to rust, the lauquer spray worked well for nearly a year but inevitably it started rusting... not something you really want to put things that's you've just cleaned it's a shame really cuz it's cool but its going in bin stick to plastic from now on

An accident waiting to happen
Silly me, bought this despite the older poor reviews as the recent ones looked better. Have just bought and constructed this but am concerned enough that I thought I should write this while still fresh in my mind. We're probably going to send back but the two big issues are:- the welding of the end 'head' pieces to the 'shoulder' pieces is minimal. I doubt the top rack will last long if filled with plates regularly. Let's hope it doesn't fail when anyone is standing next to it.- the plastic feet at either end are buckled as the metal tubing doesn't fit correctly, so the whole thing doesn't sit square on the drainer (or any surface) and wobbles quite a lot. Not great with glass and knives on! Possible to remedy with a wedge of some kind but far from ideal. This gives me the impression that this is all leading up to an accident just waiting to happen.Be warned!
