WHOLESOME
Bread usually has a dark crust and a light crumb- barley bread has a light crust and a dark crumb so it looks a bit odd! There was enough flour for one reasonable sized loaf with not much left over in this bag. I would recommend making a couple of smaller loaves to make sure they are properly cooked through.
