best flavor for seafood chowders / soups and eggs
The flavor that rocks and is unique. It's spicy in the sense from the aromatic or warm spices. They do sell a version with more heat, but that may be considered med. at best.

Not a “hot sauce “ just mild pepper taste. Low sodium.
We encountered this sauce in 2 trips to Bermuda! Have been able to get it locally, but, no longer.Glad Amazon Prime was the answer. Great in soups , chowders, eggs and much more. Sits on my table daily.5 star for sure!

notice, these are "spicy" versions
I thought i was buying the original outerbirdges sherry pepper sauce. they came in with a label saying they were a "spicier" version. Not a problem for me, since i bought them for presents. but i was happy with the original blend, not sure i needed a spicier type.
