Amazing - Should Have Got One Years Ago
I’ve wanted to try an inversion table for ages but I really wanted the well known (and expensive) make but could never quite afford itI’ve been suffering with lower back pain for years but for the last few months it’s been incredibly painful, just getting out of bed in the morning has been agonyThought I’d check out Amazon and see what was on offer and found this one; it’s the cheapest inversion table on the market so I wasn’t expecting it to be very good… how wrong I was!I ordered it and 24 hours later it was delivered free of charge by DHL, what great serviceIt took me about an hour to put it together and it was quite simple. Everything is included as well as the tools you needWhile I was putting it together I was just amazed at the quality.. it’s heavily made and everything fits together perfectlyOnce I’d finished putting it together I tried it out but only on the setting for least inversion and only for a couple of minutes. I can’t say I felt too much to be honestHowever, the very next morning I was able to get out of bed with virtually no pain. I put this down to just having a good day and nothing to do with the inversion tableI got on it again that night for 4 minutes but at the next setting of inversion and again can’t say I felt anything. Again the next morning got out of bed with no pain at allThis evening I used it again for 4 minutes. Apparently you need to start off by not over doing itThe only time I’ve been out of pain in my lower back for months has been the last two days that I’ve owned/used the table. I really can’t quite believe it but it’s definitely the caseI will continue using the table once or twice a day and I will be editing this review as I go, so please look out for my further thoughtsAt the moment it seems to be a miracle cure but I’m naturally very sceptical so I can’t quite believe itWhile I’m sure the well known expensive make is very good I can’t see how it can be so much better than this one and at the end of the day they both invert you so are doing the same thing reallyAt the moment I can’t recommend this table enough but time will tell and I’ll be reporting back within the next week or soUPDATE:I’ve been using the table once or twice a day, mostly just once in the evening and I’m frankly amazed how much help it’s been in relieving my back painI’m still only using it on the second setting of inversion and only for 3 1/2 - 4 minutes at a time. I did once use it for about 6 minutes but I think that over did it a bit as I had slight pain in the morningIf anyone is thinking about trying out an inversion table I would urge you to give it a go and if you get even half the benefit I’m getting you will be very impressedI can’t comment on any other make of inversion table as I’ve only tried this one but for the price it’s a bargain for the pain relief. I used to go to a chiropractor for my back but at £40 a session it soon gets very expensive so buying the inversion table for £65 has already saved me a lot of moneyPlease click ‘Helpful’ if indeed you found my report helpful to you, it makes it worthwhile typing it up!

Really well made product for a pretty decent price compared to other ones I looked at
Really well made product for a pretty decent price compared to other ones I looked at. Only negative is the size of it really as storing it away isn't easy but I guess they have to be big to take the weight of an adult. Should also come with instructions of how to fold it away as it isn't clear. I have found a way but not totally sure it is how I am suppose to do it but it seems to work. Early stages to give a review on how it is working on my back but it certainly does stretch my back out. Overall, I think it is worth it's price and if you suffer with back pain, give it a go.

Great Price and excellent delivery
Great Price and excellent delivery, but what's the product like? If you're short of time then my experience was all good so go ahead and buy it. If you've got more time, and want to know more, read on ... DELIVERY: Excellent, less than two days from ordering. PACKAGING: Very good. Box weighs around 24kg, and fits through the back door of a small hatchback car. ASSEMBLY: Straightforward. It took me 45 minutes on my own. I started off using the spanners supplied, but found my own spanners were much quicker. Had I used my own spanners from the start then it would have taken just over 30 minutes. Comes with User guide/assembly instructions, but if I can criticise anything then it is this. Has been translated and is a bit unclear in part, but a bit of common sense will overcome this. The illustrations could be larger and a bit clearer, but compared to most product instructions they are good. MATERIALS USED: When I was buying I couldn't see what it was made from, so once I'd assembled it I checked with a magnet. I can confirm that a magnet snaps onto ALL the metal parts, so it is a steel construction. The down tubes are 40mm diameter and the leg cross bars are 50mm so it is substantial. All welds are good, and it doesn't move side to side at all in operation. All the frame has a good quality paint covering and the handles have rubber covers along their entire length. OPERATION: Easy to operate, and the leg clamping arrangement is very straightforward. First time I used the table was with someone else, but subsequently I have used it whilst alone in the house - I have that much confidence in the product. I would recommend that you clamp your legs as tightly as possible, particularly if you are doing full inversion. RECOMMENDATION: Buy it.

Over all you get what you payed for.
Delivery as promised but it arrived with damaged. Hopefully you can change the headrest. It is quite dissapointing that we payed an item with damaged. The whole board made with very cheap material type of very very thin leather with cheap foam underneath. But the frame is good quality, solid, without being too heavy. To assemble isn't that hard too. Very easy.

Sturdy machine, great for my back
I found this easy to put together though this was no thanks to the instructions which have definitely not been translated into English by a professional. Luckily there are pictures too and it's not very complicated anyway. It feels very sturdy and safe and I am almost down to a full inversion already. It felt really nice to stretch out my back but you really must allow yourself to get used to the inversions in stages. Warnings are clear on the instructions. The only downside is that it is quite large and heavy so storage is an issue, though it does fold flat which helps.

Really good quality. Very easy to use.
Ignore all the negative reviews, this is a quality piece of kit. Feels really sturdy and I had no reservations about getting on and using it. It will go to 180° but I’ve just used it to the lowest setting up to now (probably 100°?) Instructions are dreadful but it really isn’t hard to work it out yourself. All the parts are included, even the tools. I’ve only been on it twice up to now but already I feel some back relief and it’s actually really comfortable to use. Folds up really easy for storage by removing 2 pins. Totally recommend it and I’m sure the more expensive ones won’t be any better than this.
