I love the fact that this coconut milk has very few ingredients, no horrible additives or preservatives. It’s also a very nice consistency and doesn’t have lots of bits floating in it, like the Replenish brand of coconut milk. I love the taste and find it full of coconut and the right level of sweetness. It doesn’t froth too well, but tastes very nice with coffee. Pret a manager use to make lattes with this milk and they were the best. Sadly they swapped to a cheaper brand. My favourite way to have this milk is in my porridge.

Great value for multi pack buy. Tastes great, no huge additive drama to consider. We boight for our baby who has cow milk allergy. Highly recommend.

Giving 4 stars as I just cannot taste coconut at all, it's very weak but not over sweet I found I was adding salted caramel syrup to it. Where others have found this to be very sweet. It makes a great coffee, not to good with foaming though, not like the Barista Oat. That foams really good. Still, very pleasant and enjoyable and noticed a change in bowel habits as can't have dairy. So this buy was a bit of a test as get banged up very easy. I'm not really a coffee drinker, so usually I'll have it cold out of the fridge and just down it, it's so refreshing and thirst quenching. Plus a good source of protein amongst many other benefits.

I love this, the taste is amazing, I have been using this Rude Health Coconut milk for around 3 to 4 months, so no going back now!

Have to shake it well so that the ricy bits are dissolved! I love it as it is one of the rare brands without fancy additives and sugar etcNot as thick as the tinned ones, great for lattes cacaos even cereal occasionally! Pricy in comparison but that goes for the quality and the naturalness! I love it!

Thought this was a healthy option...Until I realised it contains rice... not a transparent labelleling at all. It written very small at the top then a bit bigger at the back but you shouls be able to trust the label on at the fromt. Also it doesn't say how much rice though it says 'rice base' which indicates it's probably the main component and therefore way more than the coconut. Probably like drinking startch juice so not great for glucose spikes...

I've been wanting to get off of cows milk for ages but I just didn't like any of the alternatives.Until now ........I tried the Almond milk first which has a great taste but, I didn't like the idea of it having Sunflower oil in! Of all things I mean .......seed oil??! Why not Avacardo?? Anyhow ........So I ordered this with no oil at all and it's a game changer . Completely drinkable in all forms.So I'm subscribing. Can totally recommend this product. 👍
