I wanted an inexpensive phone for my 1200sq ft home. I didn't need anything fancy. No voicemail, just something with speed dial, caller ID and easy enough for an 8 year old to use. I purchased the base separately and was a bit concerned after reading reviews of people having trouble syncing their accessory handset. I had absolutely no issues. It literally took 2 minutes. Bonus, the color is pretty cool.

We ordered 3 of these handsets to use with our new VTech cordless phone base. Everything was great for a little over a month. Then one of the handsets would not charge. Swapped out the batteries, nothing. Changed chargers, nothing. Even tried different outlets in the house to no avail. Unfortunately it "died" just outside of the 30 day return window. So we are stuck. So far the other two handsets are working fine. If you are a gambler I guess 2 out of 3 isn't bad. Just keep that in mind if you choose to order this product.

The sound quality is great. I just wish it was a little louder. I own a grooming salon and sometimes it's hard to hear over all the dogs and dryers! 😂

I love the extra cordless phone. I bought it when I purchased the VTech CS6429-15 phone. I had some difficulty initially connecting to the base phone but I read a review that said just keep trying. The reviewer said it took her about 20 times for the base to locate or register the phone. It took us about 12 times but it did connect and it all works great. Nice quality and a good price.

Sound quality is just barely OK. High frequency sounds are missing resulting in a somewhat muffled sound.The voice mail indicator is a barely visible mark on the screen. The caller ID listing omits the area code on local calls so that you can't easily call back the number. Very disappointing phone.

Didn't get to know if I was a good quality as I had purchased this color to go in a different room and to work with the other phones of the same brand but red. It didn't work together.

Cannot understand all the problems some have had setting this set up. Tool me less than 15 seconds to register..Followed the 2 instructions on the phone pad and it registered. Vtech the best
