Have suffered with cystitis for years and consequently developed a very sensitive bladder which has resulted in occasional bouts of urge incontinence much to my embarrassment. Started taking this supplement about three weeks ago and have seen a dramatic reduction in sensitivity and, thankfully, no urge incontinence episodes. I used to drink cranberry juice and have taken other cranberry supplements in the past but none have been as effective as these tablets.

Great if you suffer from UTI's they have worked from the start and i havent had any problems at all!!

Took these for 8 months and was clear of uti however over the 8 months I developed terrible digestive problems-really awful bloating, wind and diarrhoea. Only after a number of visits to GP and recommendation to start taking foods from diet to see if I had a food intolerance did we disscover that these were the culprit! I am now back to normal and such a releif, a shame but caused too much discomfort for me and I now know that cranberry extract can have these side effects.

FANTASTIC, GOT MY LIFE BACK, I don't do many reviews but felt I should for this product as it may help others who are in the same predicament as I was, I'm 67 fit and healthy, plaster all my life, last year I had the usual Psa Test for Prostrate cancer, fortunately it was all clear, but during the Biopsy I bled a lot and nearly died though blood loss( over 2 pints) fortunately my wife punched my heart and I came round, anyway afer spending a day in HOSTPITAL my life changed, I would want to have a pee at least every half hour, which was damned annoying yo say the least as I would usually be driving my van or riding my motorbike or somewhere where there was no toilet, so I'd have to five I go the nearest hedge etc, if not I sometimes lightly peed myself as the urge was sooo great I couldn't control it, it seemed I had a bladder or urinary tract infection from the biopsy, then I read that cranberry juice was supposed to help with that sort of problem so I started with the juice WHICH HELPED A BIT BUT OF COURSE ITS NOT PURE CRANBERRY, then I discovered these PURE CRANBERRY TABLETS so ordered some and within days I was back to my normal peeing routine, in fact even better, ,ie: i could drive 200 plus miles without feeling the urge to pee, Also no getting up in the night so a better nights sleep, I'm a much happier person as well for it, .so all in all I think theses tables have given me a much better quality of life, even my wife can't believe how good they are and she started taking them herself as women seem to get more urinary infections than men, So we now take 2 a day and think there fantastic, So we can highly recommend these to anyone with urinary problems, just ordered 4 more bottles, Thanks very much for a brilliant product, JW in Oxford

I went to these tablets as I wanted to take Cranberry juice to prevent UTIs, but soon found that drinking Cranberry juice itself was not the solution. If it wasn't sweetened it tasted horrible, but if it was sweetened, then the added sugar ruined my diet ! These tablets have been the answer. They are high strength so you don't need to take a handful at a time - I'm not good with pills! I just take one a day, and so far they have worked a treat.

Following repeated bouts of cystitis I have been taking this product for approximately six months after a recommendation from my doctor. Since taking it (one a day) UTIs are a thing of the past. I can thoroughly recommend it.
