Q: what does protection plan cover?

Thank you for your question, dear customer. Our treadmill warranty is 1 year. If you have any questions, please contact us via the email in the manual. We will reply to your message within 24 hours of receiving it.

Q: How high is the treadmill with the incline all the way up?

Thank you very much for your question. Our treadmills have a maximum incline of 6.5° and 15 levels of incline. Other treadmills have a maximum incline of 4 degrees. I hope this helps you.

Q: Is this more for running or walking?

Thank you for your question, dear customer. Our treadmills have a speed range of 0.6-10 MPH, below 4 mph for walking and above 4 mph for running; the incline range is 0% to 15%, suitable for both beginners and professional exercisers.

It doesn't require another person, but they would make it much easier. I am glad my wife was there to help with an extra set of hands. It does have a pause button.
