There’s a protective film on both sides of the clear pane to prevent scratches. Easy to take off and much appreciated. Frame itself had no marks or blemishes, and perfectly frames your picture or poster. Clips on the back swivel and slide easily into place.Would recommend these to anyone I know.

This is a relatively inexpensive easy to use picture frame. It is probably not super durable. The "window" is not glass, but is a type of transparent plastic. It has the advantage of light weight and avoids the risk of broken glass, in case of an accident. How durable, long lasting, useful over time remains to be seen. For my purposes, it is probably fine.

The painting looks great in this frame. I had to leave out the plexiglass because the oil painting was too thick to fit with it, but I wasn't going to use it anyway. Great buy for the price!
