These offer fantastic support and are easy to adjust. I wear one while typing and the other overnight — both help reduce wrist strain and discomfort. They’re lightweight, breathable, and stay in place without slipping.

So I moved two tons of gravel (over 5000 pounds) of gravel on my own because I'm stubborn and don't ask for help and didn't feel like waiting for my boyfriend to help me....and apparently I'm also cheap because I didn't want to hire anyone to do it for me. I ended up with pain in my wrists, back, neck, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, I had other rock to move later in the week and figured I better order these wrists supports. At first the thumb hole was a little off, but after sort of just adjusting, I was able to get them in a place where it was comfortable. The velcro on/off make putting these on a breeze. They are not made to be super stiff, but just enough to help me brace my wrists and remind me to do so.I also wore these when I rode my motorcycle. My clutch side wrist gets sore during a long ride because I feel like motorcycle hand spans are made for men, so I find myself holding my wrist at an awkward angle to compensate. These braces give just enough support to remind me to hold my wrist in a better position and soothes the soreness.

For light support, works well. Don’t expect it to act like a hard brace because it’s not. But, you gain wrist flexibility with a soft brace. Trade offs for everything.

My husband had to return to work after wrist surgery and said he needed something to protect his wrist and make him feel more secure in his work. We found this option, and it was the best! It fits perfectly for your comfort and doesn't restrict your activities. The material is soft and washable, and he can also wear his work gloves over it. Excellent product!!

Hurt my fist and this allowed me to keep working.The wrap gave me the stability to heal while continuing to lift heavy things.

The media could not be loaded. I have pretty bad carpal tunnel and my job is extremely physical and involves using my hands constantly and strenuously for very long hours. Because of this I'm often in horrible pain, but can't always wear my reals braces and needed something for support. These are definitely better than nothing and get me through long shifts til I can come home and put my proper braces on, but I still wish they were a little more supportive/restrictive.They are very comfortable, fully adjustable, stay put well, and are cuter than regular medical looking ones (I've even gotten compliments on my "cute gloves"! Haha).I was also sent two left ones, but it doesn't really matter as they can technically be used on either hand, they just wrap around the wrist the same direction, instead of the opposite like they should.

It runs very small and only covers the wrist. I bought for compression. It didn't work for what I needed it to do however it was nicely made and would offer support had it come in more than just one size fits all.

These are very easy to put on and give good support for most exercise. I use them indoors for dumbells as my wrists have arthritis. They are not as durable for outside and others of tougher material. But they do fit and support well for indoor activity and easy to hand wash.
