Works PERFECT and simple to use, with just a push of a button.
Item was delivered speedily, and arrived on time, It worked PERFECT and it was simple to use.I tried both the forehead temperature measurement and also the ear temperature measurement, both were very accurate using its IR Sensor.I compared it with an oral (under my tongue ) , mercury glass thermometer,.Thank you for this simple to use product.

Computer says no
We got this thinking it would be as good as a previous one we owned, but when arrived it was in f not c, which is fine but it didn't state how to change it, so I had to Google how to do itWe have found it also tends to make up the temp to what it feels (we have another thermometer and it is very rare they are the same or any where close)We don't really trust this as a thermometer and is only used in reserve now for when we cant find our other one

Bad product unreliable seller
Don't bother to buy if you want an accurate reading after a few months changed batteries as needed but started giving different stats all the time contacted seller to advise on maybe a reset but message was ignored
