To begin with, these are an incredibly simple, fast and yummy way to get your needed fiber. Much easier than using typical added fiber powder. My only recommendation would be to start off slower than the "recommended" 3 as a daily dose. I only consume (now that I figured it out the hard way - LoL) one gummy a day and it's more than enough. Good luck and yes, I would recommend this product, it DOES work!

I am really picky about flavor - I don't like most things, but these are surprisingly good. I was taking the recommended dose but it was too much for me, so I now take one a day and it works perfectly for me. I have been using these for about 6 months and I will continue to order them. I have tried other brands that have given me really bad stomach cramps and these are very easy to take without even noticing cramping, but they work. I take mine at night so I start my morning off the right way! I highly recommend these gummies.

They were a great value, taste better than others. I love gummies. Texture is fine. Quality product. Easy to grab and uncomplicated. Many pills upset my digestion, these do not. Worth trying!
