perfect
used a small piece of this to replace the polarizing filter on a vintage digital watch. Worked perfectly!

My webcam has never looked so good
Totally stopped the reflection of the light in my glasses for my webcam

Very convenient and versatile
Very versatile and the optical properties absolutely work. However, as it is a polymer film that one applies like a smartphone screen protector, the physical properties are similar too; they're not fully scratch resistant and from other comments I have seen, not heat resistant either. How well it fits to your requirements, depends on one's craft skills. But for general use for when you need a filter as such, I have zero complaints.

Fantastic for flat surfaces but not curved, like glasses
This is a brilliant product as a whole but with one drawback that I found, it keeps peeling up off curved surfaces, I tried putting some on my flip up driving glasses but it didn't want to stay fixed, it kept bubbling up near the edges of the curves and I can't get it to stay fixed to the curve, and if you wear or at least know what glasses look like you'll understand what I mean, which is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars.

Good general-purpose polarizing filter.
A think self-adhesive film like you'd get as a screen protector, but instead this is a polarizing filter. It's a linear polarising filter, so don't go thinking you can put it on a clear camera filter - metering will probably be way off as it rotates, but is is good for reducing glare elsewhere. You can see if you hold it over an LCD screen that as you rotate 90 degrees it will block out the light from the filter they already fit to all LDC screens. It does increase the polarizing effect though, just remember to get the right angle or the screen will look darker (or black if 90 degrees out). Can be used on windows if you've got a camera inside and it gets some glare off the glass. Similarly you could fit it over security cameras to allow it to see through glass or generally stop reflections. Would even work on diving goggles. It's intended for LCD devices (or OLED) and for this it works quite well.
