Easy hydration on the go
I bought these to help me stay hydrated during my pregnancy and now I’m still drinking them to help with breastfeeding. The flavors are all delicious but one of my favorites is the lime. It mixes in water very easily and helps me get in those much needed electrolytes!

Only 4 stars because i haven't tried every product on the market
So far, I've tried Nuun, LMNT, Primal Hydration, Trioral, and Trace. I do long extensive runs and hikes in Wyoming and leg cramps have always been an issue for me. I still think LMNT still is the best tasting, but it's the most expensive. Trace is so far my favorite because it has sodium, potassium, and magnesium, has a great taste, and is still cheaper than LMNT. After going to Trace's website, they seem to be deeply involved in the health industry and provide a wide variety of other great products for health. Highly recommend this brand. Salty Watermelon is fantastic!

Love love
This is one of my favorite products. I thought it tasted too salty the first time I drank it, but now I’m obsessed.

absolutely loaded with maltodextrin
claims to be sugar free but it has maltodextrin in the flavoring that they do not put on the label. It's easy to test for maltodextrin using iodine which turns deep purple when exposed to maltodextrin.
