I've been wanting to get away from using plastic in the microwave, and this glass splatter cover is the perfect solution. It works exactly as described, keeping my microwave completely clean while heating food evenly thanks to the smart vent design. I love that I don't have to worry about chemicals leaching into our food. It's sturdy, easy to see through, and cleans up beautifully in the dishwasher.As others might mention, it does have some weight to it, but that's expected for a quality piece of glass. For me, the heft is a sign of durability and it's a very small trade-off for the peace of mind of not using plastic. The handle is sturdy and makes it easy to lift. Highly recommended!

Well-made with thick glass that doesn't shatter/chip. A bit heavy but I think it's worth it. Wipes clean easily and a healthier alternative to plastic - safer and better for health. Only vice- wish the handle was made of glass as well. Can see it falling off/ breaking eventually over time. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise, I love it!

I love this thing! It works as well as any other microwave cover, but it's made of glass, so I'm not worried about any health risks. I seriously don't understand how so many people are comfortable with putting plastic/silicone in a microwave oven -- even if the material itself doesn't get heated by microwaves, it comes into contact with steam which drips back down into our food. That stuff hasn't even been around for a lifetime, and I'd rather not find out that I've been hurting myself & the environment with microplastics/endocrine disruptors when further research comes out in 20 or 30 years.This cover is large enough for 90% of my use cases, and it also washes off easily. The only drawback is that it's heavier than the alternatives and doesn't collapse for stowage, but that's an inconvenience I'm willing to deal with for peace of mind.

The microwave glass cover it is little heavy but that doesn't bother me. It's very good quality, ease to cleaning, good heat retention and the holes on the sides help with the steam..

Very nice glass microwave cover as I decrease my plastic use. Heavy but the handle is sturdy.

High quality glass. Just wish the silicone handle felt more secure. I've had no problems but the cover seems heavy for the silicone handle, which I attached manually, as directed. Hopefully it is sturdier than it appears.
