Not waterproof. No coating provided.

What is the water resistant coating? Is it bpa, free? Food safe?

This is a fabric material. No coating. In hindsight, I would not purchase. I’ve since replaced.

Do we wash these in washing machine or dish washer?

I wash mine with my dishes in soapy water, but I think the washing machine would work too. Just air dry- they dry very quickly.
