Problem solved.
I have a toll transponder that kept falling of the windshield which can lead to missing the toll payment and the transponder falling while driving is not safe. So I purchased these suction cups, and replaced the ones in the transponder, and poof....problem solved.

The head on the cup is slightly smaller than you would think.
These suction cups work great. They don’t fall off my windshield. They are incredibly easy to use. I use them for my radar detector in my car.

No longer suctioning or cupped after 1 week
I don't normally submit reviews, but I put these on my toll transponder and after 1 week it's falling off the windshield. It won't suction and the cups have lost the "cupped" shape. Complete garbage. Avoid.

Works fine. thought they would be hard or not fit but luck me.. soft rubber, good stick and fit my radar.

Too small for Uniden
The nub end is too small for my Uniden R1, the cups don’t stay in the bracket.
