Purchased this for my mother because she since she had her stroke it has been difficult for her to actually shave and it bothers her. For mother's day this year she only had one thing she really wanted and it was an electric razor... After looking at reviews and watching product videos I concluded to get this one for her. I really liked the fact that it also had the head to smooth her teeth which I thought would be a way to kind of pamper her.... She loves it and has used it a lot since receiving it!

Please learn to write instruction sheets! If you can't afford an articulate writer for your English instructions, wait until you are able to....then write them clearly before marketing in the US.Also please have the actual instructions match the product features touted on Amazon.Example 1- the photo in this online product description that demonstrates the different sides / features of the Shaver head is not even discussed, noted, identified in the instruction sheet. I had to look at the shaver head photo here to learn what each side and the middle uses are.Example 2- the Epilator Head is shown in this online product description as being used on legs, etc. The instructions say ONLY use on the chin and upper lip area.Mainly the paper instructions are so badly written that I will have to keep this site bookmarked to see some of the features, and reread the instructions to find out-of-usual-order information. I won't even address the spelling and grammar- its the lack of clarity and missing info that is most frustrating.Additional frustration for me - there are TWO buttons that need to be pressed to release and change the heads. I have a non-functional hand, so I will need help doing that, and this online product description and the sheet instructions both call it A Release Button - not buttonS that have to be simultaneously pushed to remove.

Not good at all if you get to close to your skin it cuts you.

We all know an electric shaver will never give a better shave than a razor, however for just normal day to day it works great. I like that I don't have to use water to shave.

I wish I had bought this years ago, the epilator works great! First time I’ve had a smooth face in a long time! Love it and would highly recommend it.
