Samsonite Luggage Cruisair Bold Spinner Bag, Silver, 29

I really like the idea of the Cruisar Bold Spinner Bag.It has a metal frame, which makes a difference compared to all the other soft material cases.Unfortunately my suitcase broke after one flight only and I had to pick it up in a plastic bag, cause everything fell out.Apparently the rough handling of the airport staff bent the frame and cracked the suitcase open. It wasn't packed under pressure or anything. there were only 18kg in it.A brand with a reputation like Samsonite should be aware of the situations luggage goes through at the airport. It is really dissappointing that a suitcase doesn't survive that more than once.I still hope to get my money back and will decide to get a different product next time.

I am not too confident with the product quality. Upon arrival, it had a few major cuts. They looked to me that someone tried to open the package with a knife and cut the box too deep into the luggage. So basically the alminum rim of this luggage is not very strong. I contacted Amazon to try to get some credit as I was in need of a suitcase urgently and did not have time for replacement. I never heard back from customer service. So I gave up. I do not recommend this product.

There was something wrong with the TSA locks. Almost had to send it back, but then figured out that the combination that you set is off by 2 from the combination that will actually open the luggage.

This is a monster bag, well built and good looking. It would be great for someone going on a very long ocean cruise. My only problem with it was that I could not get two of them in the trunk of my VW Passat. I returned it and got the 26" Cruiser instead. All the same good things to say about it, but the 26" Cruiser better suits my needs.

This is a truly enormous bag. I fit more than a week's worth of clothing, toiletries and sporting equipment in it, and it was barely 2/3 full. It also survived a cross-country plane trip with no visible damage. I docked it one star for the fact that the frame is plastic instead of metal; though that did not seem to be an issue.

These are terrible...I went on one flight with it, and when we got home I found that the suitcase shell was badly cracked where one of the wheels was attached, to the point that the wheel was about come off completely, leaving an open hole to the inside of the case. It is too bad, because I liked the color and the weight, but these so non-durable that they are effectively very expensive "disposible" suitcases. Save your money and buy something else, anything else.

Samsonite Luggage Cruisair Bold Spinner Bag is a very good deal. my family like it very much.but the color is not as bright as the picture show.
