The book is a useful tool to help any organization learn how to use scenario planning to help them make the best decisions. In a world that is constantly changing with covid, war, inflation, consumer demands, and so much more, organizations can use the recommendations presented in this book to anticipate and adapt to ever changing demands. Dr. Chermack has devoted much of his professional life to scenario planning and his expertise is recognized in this book. I especially liked the practical applications and guidance that can help anyone apply scenarios to strategy and action. I am happy to add this to my bookshelf and toolkit.
