Easy to replace old drawstring
I got these for a few pairs of shorts that I love but the tie was made from more of a ribbon fabric and would get knotted easily. These were easy to put in the shorts and were prefect. no more tiny knots no more wasting my time with the old ties. Length was great, I'm a size small/XS and I had plenty of length to tie a large bow. Will definitely get more if I need to replace a drawstring.

Four drawstrings and a convenient threading tool which worked great!
The four drawstrings come in a plain box with a pink plastic tool designed to help you guide the drawstring into place. You hook the new drawstring into the back end through a slot (or two if you can) and then feed the other rounded end through the drawstring opening. The sweatpants were a bit cranky but with some patience, I managed to get the plastic tool completely through the drawstring channel. You have to stop and bunch/unbunch fabric on the tool and pull the new drawstring deeper into the channel. But once the tool is out, you simply unhook the end of the drawstring, adjust the relative lengths of the two ends with some careful pulling, and you are done! I suspect this will be easier the next time I have to do this. This first effort took about 15 minutes. I do wish they also sold this with just two drawstrings and the tool. I have replaced a drawstring about once every ten years. Given that I am 71, this box should last me until I am 101 years old.

Metal ends can come off. But, decent for the price
I paid 8.99 for these on Amazon. Saved a couple of my Nike shorts. The quality is not amazing. But for the price, I can't complain.I think it's even cheaper as the writing of this. I think $7.59.Use/Install:It was easy enough to the use with the provided plastic tool. You attached the new lace through hoop on one end of the plastic tool and then insert the other end to shorts/sweat pants or sweater hoodie you are trying to fix. You then push the plastic through to the other end. This works and takes a tiny bit of skill since the plastic is not really long enough for your clothing is long. Like my shorts (adult medium shorts). Meaning, you have to do few pushes and pulls. For kids shorts/sweats, the plastic tool is probably long enough to get through faster.Quality:The laces are okay. Not great. I had the metal ends come off during the install time. So, not high quality. But, I press fit them back on the ends and it seems to be holding for now.Summary:Again, the kit is pretty cheap(cost-wise) and works. But, the plastic tool could be a bit longer to make it easier to fix through the clothing. And, the quality of the ends be improved a bit. Overall, it did what it's supposed to do. My shorts have a drawstring again.

It Works
I don't think I used it in the right way, however, I got the job done! Not bad at all, and it works. Good value for the money and nice long, soft and strong draw strings.
