These helped support my feet on long work days but they were too tight and I had to take them off half way through the day so I made a little snip to loosen them up and it worked!Not too tight and could wear them all day and helped my sore aching feet during work as I am on my feet all day long sometimes 8 to 10 hours a day! Kept my legs from getting sore as well. Ahh,,, the little things!

I purchased these socks to give me support for my plantar fascia. they work great ad give me tremendous relief.

I wanted these to work really, really well - like most anyone that's looking to buy these (since these obvi aren't for fashion). First few days I thought they'd helped my PF in a huge way. Once my foot got used to wearing, the effect seemed to have worn off. Minimal relief, at very best. Occasionally my foot actually feels numb at night or while wearing & working (I only use L since only that foot has an issue). I NEEDED these to work, I'm feeling almost beyond desperate. Last possible step for relief will be to go in to Merrell's to buy personally sized inserts. These socks will probably help someone with less severe cases though, and anyone wanting more ankle support in general (I feel fairly confident anyone giving 5☆s with "severe PF" gas either only worn few days, or does not truly have a SEVERE case ... as woman who stated she starts to cry after 5000+ steps. Severe means to me is wanting to cry within 500 steps, or less - which is me some days - and I am known to be extremely pain tollerant). I would give 2 stars, but they seem well made, price is inexpensive, and I do not want to rate on my personal assessment and ailment alone, so I bumped up to 3 to be neutral.

Tbh i had doubts that compression socks would work to help ease the pain of taking long walks with my "flat feet." Checking reviews for this item before purchasing i ordered 2 differing sizing as some reviews stated they were too hard to put on. I ordered my correct shoe size and 1 size up just in case. Well, my correct size fit perfectly and there was no problem putting them on. Furthermore, to my surprise these socks have eased the pain in my feet when taking long walks, even in a pair of new hiking boots i almost gave away due to the discomfort. I use these compression socks daily now and love em. They fit easily under my regular socks and are very comfortable. I hardly notice i am even wearing them. They did really work for me and i highly recommend them. I will be ordering more.

Me ayudan a corregir mi pisada, mantiene firmes los tendones y sobre todo me ha disminuido el dolor, todo ello me ayuda a caminar mejor y evita también que me duelan las rodillas, los recomiendo ampliamente. No se deforman al lavado, no te suda el pie, vivo en costa y no hay problema

Fast delivery, after a few washes the elasticity doesn’t provide the grip and skids down as you walk 👎. Not recommended- doesn’t help relieve plantar pain as listed.

It works well when fitted exactly in place. If not, can constrict the foot and blood flow. When fitted correctly it greatly assists in reducing pain caused during the daily foot grind.

These really helped my plantar fasciitis. So much more comfortable to walk. Wear them in bed and those first steps in the morning are no longer painful.
