This brand is great. I buy many supplements from this brand since they do quality supplements for a decent price that align and aim for my fitness goals. They have a brilliant range. The lions mane supplement is something we should all take to increase better cognitive function. Before bed i take these and they give me HD definition dreams with more detail and better quality. I tend to take a tablet with a green tea in the morning. And I can honestly feel my "brain" being more clear and having less head-ache and being less tired. It has a great calming effect and can help you focus. Has no taste so is easy to enjoy with tea or coffee. I take these to work and I look like a crack-head trying to eat a tablet at my work desk :-D

Cautiously optimistic. These aren't magic, nothing is but I have been taking them for about 6 months now and I am a little clearer in my head and a little less sleepy so worthwhile.

Probably good for some things, but think twice if you think this helps with Tinnitus. Made mine even louder. I threw them away in the end.

Do these have an effect? Yes, they do but at a much higher dose, for me. But, if you're not exercising and eating an optimal diet, a more efficient way to use your money would be to flush it directly down the toilet.
