Bought it with skepticism from reading the reviews but so far has done the job perfectly.
After taking into account the other reviews, will expand everything the others also cover taking into account that I just have a few weeks of use, and will properly update after a few months and then years if the adapter continues to work.Using the adapter with a Oculus Quest 2 with the intention of connecting a USB Gamepad receiver and charge Quest 2 at the same time.Connectivity works perfectly, same delay found even on PC between controller and Quest 2, almost imperceptible.Charges Oculus properly, as Oculus charges on 15v, cannot really test the device on his 100% but it works for 15v devices definitely.Compatibility seems ok, anything that i connect to the adapter is received properly by the device on the USB-C end, tested this with my phone and Oculus and multiple USB Sticks and USB Receivers/dongles.The quality seems high enough and the adapter feels hard/full without moving pieces inside, for the price I believe the value for my money was not wasted but only time will tell if what others have experienced will also happen to me.

Saved my Phone
I have a cellphone that although it has a spot for an internal memory chip or micro flash card it will not access the card. Ive had two different techs look at it and they dont even understand why it wont access the chip as well. So I needed to clear my phone of videos and pictures that come from various websites like Snapchat, Signal etc... Problem is for the most part I have to send these as an email message to myself as they dont appear on the phone as an actual picture but more as a file and if I use a data cord the same thing happens. I know there is a way to change that but this is alot easier. I just plug this in and on the other side you can plug in a USB Flash drive and copy and paste all of those files to the Flash Drive. It took me all of 10 seconds to transfer all of the pictures I have on my phone since 2020 on there. The other thing is there is also a USB C port so you can charge your phone while doing all of this. I know they make USB Flash Drives that fit into a USB C charging port now but I have some many Flash Drives laying around this was more cost effective. It may take you a bit to figure out how to drag and drop files with it but once you figure it out, its pretty easy. Great piece of tech

Works great on the newer Harley's
Works perfectly on my 24 Road Glide to charge my phone and run the headset adapter to allow CarPlay. Highly recommended since Harley only gives you 1 USB port. Tried other splitters/hubs but none of them would do what I was looking for. Use the USB A for your headset adapter and the USB-C to charge your phone. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could!

Great idea that doesn't appear to work
IDEALLY this gadget should allow you to pass through power to your PC while you hook up a USB mouse, particularly on a PC that only has USB-C ports. Unfortunately, it just doesn't pass any information from the mouse to the PC.

No power pass-through
No luck with pass-through charging.I tried multiple devices, power sources and charge cables. It seems to only provide power to the USB-A port, not the host.I'm willing to accept that this is a configuration problem, but with USBC PD being the black box it is, troubleshooting is difficult.
