Way better than I thought it would be!
I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical when I first picked up the Elegoo Mars Mate Air Purifier.I’ve been 3D printing for a while now, and like many, I’ve become pretty familiar with the less-than-pleasant odors that come with resin printing. I’ve tried a few different solutions, but none of them really lived up to the hype. That’s why I didn’t set my expectations too high for this one—but wow, was I wrong!First off, the setup is incredibly easy. It’s literally plug and play. I had it up and running within minutes, and the design is sleek enough that it doesn’t take up much space next to my printer. It’s also super quiet, which is a big plus because I usually have prints going overnight, and the last thing I need is extra noise. But the real magic? The air quality. I’m genuinely surprised at how effective this little device is at reducing those strong resin smells. After just a few minutes of running, I noticed a significant difference in the air around my workspace. It’s almost like the smell just disappears. I’ve been using it consistently for a few weeks now, and it’s made a huge difference. No more having to step outside to take a break from the fumes—this thing really gets the job done.Another bonus is the replaceable filter. It’s a thoughtful touch that extends the lifespan of the purifier, and replacements are easy to find and reasonably priced. If you’re on the fence about whether this will actually make a difference, I can confidently say it’s worth every penny. The Elegoo Mars Mate Air Purifier has exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to improve their printing environment. It’s been a game-changer for me, and I’m glad I gave it a shot!

Works great
I wouldn't 3D print in my living room still, but don't have to print in the basement anymore either. Effective at eliminating smell, convenient to use, and runs for a long time between recharges. Great product that fulfills a real need for us resin printers.Like the other reviews, it's quiet and hard to tell if running unless you hold it to your ear.No replacement filters, but just buy activated carbon media like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002566WY and it's fine. Good design. If they made replacement filters, I'd buy them.

Works like I think it should, but it's hard to tell sometimes, but that may be a good thing!
I was brand new into Resin printing after owning 7 FDM printers. I had read and heard about the dangers of resin odors so I wanted to take precautions to prevent any issues before even starting my first Resin print.First thing first- these were a lot smaller than I thought. It's not a bad thing, it's just not what I expected. But it's hard to tell if these are on because they are very quiet. They seem to work, because the smell doesn't linger around, and it was simple to open up the top and open the charcoal filter. The filter battery lasts forever (so far). I charged them full initially when I got them, and have used them many times, and have yet to need to charge them again. I'm assuming they are getting low, but I also don't do prints longer than 24 hours, so I might not be pushing them to their limits.Pros- Quiet, compact, efficient battery, does the job, easy to use out of the box.Cons - Smaller than I thought, but I think that's ok because they seem to do the job they are intended for.Overall, I would suggest this for anyone getting into resin printing. I don't have a full enclosure, so this helps with the odors! Would suggest getting!

Resin hangovers are no fun.
They seem to work as advertised, they're very quiet and I have to hold one up to my ear to tell whether it's on or not. I've been using them for 4-5 days now, charged them when I got them, and again 2 days later, but I haven't let them die so I don't know how long they really last. You go nose blind to the smell of resin fairly quickly, so I can't say for certain that they're a miracle or anything, but I don't have a headache or scratchy throat since using them, so I'm going to keep using them. They are really light, I knocked one off the printer and behind the stand where I can't get to it at the moment, so maybe watch out for that.

Works, but has issues
Bought these to use inside my printer enclosure to help eliminate odors and VOCs to reduce the strain on my primary filtration system. They work in the sense that they turn on and air passes through them. The issue comes from their overall performance. A few things I noticed are as follows: A lack of power on the actual fan, making it hard to tell if it was even running, Seemingly poor battery life, and the fact it didn't seem as if the provided carbon filters actually did much for air quality and odor control.Pros: compact size will fit most enclosures, rechargeable, affordable.Cons: weak fan, poor battery life, uses micro USB to charge instead of USB-C.Overall: Not a bad price for what's included, but you get what you pay for. Don't rely on it to do all your filtration.

These work great!
I'm using these with the large size Anycubic Mono X printer. There is enough space inside the print area to place the filter there. It reduced the "resin smell" significantly. It was difficult to be in the room with the small, now it's workable. Initially I placed the filters outside the printer, but placing them inside is when it really made a difference. The set of 2 filters comes with 4 charcoal blocks, so you have a spare once the first stops working. The only "complaint" I have about the units is the long charging time on the built in battery pack. I almost wish it used 2-3 replaceable AA batteries instead, because I usually run those on high use devices in the house. The run time on the built in battery is quite long. They estimate 10 hours. I ran it for 5-6 and it was still working fine when I shut it off. Pretty decent value for the cost.
