I tested with electronic tester and found that the band did have grounding, BUT it grounded on the outside! Since there is only one way to snap the band on the wrist, the one I received anyway, does not work apparently due to assembly or construction error.

Adjustable size makes it nice for the wrist and even can drape around the neck or shoulder. Easy to use. I have bad joints, so actually will lay this over the top of my feet/toes and use another grounding mat for the bottoms of both feet. I feel this works if used often.Great quality and great price!

Like several others have mentioned here, when I tested continuity, the side opposite the snap was grounded. Easy fix, just turn it inside out from the picture but if I hadn’t tested it, it would’ve been useless. Hope you guys have multimeters before using.

Nice grounding strap, has a long cord. I wish it was a little longer but fits ok around my wrist.
